How to Use

• Use the brush on dry skin for 5 minutes daily to activate the lymphatic system. For best results, repeat each step a couple of times
• Only use the brush with light pressure and be very gentle – do not press or scrub. Start at the glands and stroke the sides of your neck lightly. Brush outwards over your eyebrows circling your eyes
